Orders destined for Canada are shipped via UPS Standard.
Orders destined for the USA* are shipped via UPS Ground.
*Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via UPS Expedited.
International orders (outside the US and Canada) are shipped via Air Mail Small Packet.
HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
Shipping values found on our site are an average cost of the three components of shipping: base rate + fuel surcharge + residential surcharge.
Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
HELPFUL HINTS TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER:
When entering your order, please double check that your address is correct.
If applicable, be sure to include an apartment/suite number.
Be sure to include a valid email address.
Select the correct shipping option for your location.
For residents of the USA and Canada, remember we do not ship to Post Office boxes!
Customers may use a different "bill to" and "ship to" address when ordering. A "bill to" address may be a post box.
Include your telephone number. We will not contact you. However, a telephone number is helpful for UPS/Postal drivers in the event they are having difficulties in delivering your parcel.
If you have any "special instructions" (example: leave on the porch, leave between the doors) please be sure to include them when you order.
CUSTOMS/DUTY/VAT (Value Added Tax)
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any additional fees/taxes incurred when importing our product. Customs rules vary significantly from one country to the next. It is the responsibility of the buyer to educate themselves as to how their local Customs regulations will be applied to their incoming order. Attogram will not refund customers who refuse/return parcels due to any additional fees/taxes that are required to be paid in order to receive their parcel.
Please note, by law, we are required to declare the 'actual' value of your product purchase on Customs documents.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Packages shipped via UPS will generate a tracking number notification. If you have provided a valid email address, you will receive a tracking number. Depending upon your email settings, these notification emails may end up in your "spam" folder. If you have not received an email notification from UPS, please check your spam folder.
Unfortunately, International orders shipped via Air Mail Small Packet do not generate a tracking number.
